No. It is entirely your choice if you are home or away. Our staff have received background checks and are trusted team players. Most customers provide us with a key. This ensures our team access and helps prevent lock-outs.  We ensure the safety of your home by setting alarms and locking doors.

Contact us within 24 hours and we will come back free of charge. The cleaners must be able to come back into the home within the next 2 business days.

 

We ask that you take a few minutes the night before to remove dirty dishes from sinks and pick up any items that limit our access to areas to be cleaned, such as floors, counters, and tables.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For any appointments canceled or changed without 24-hour notice, there will be a $30.00 cancellation fee.
